We are professional computer technicians and bill for the time spent troubleshooting your computer problems, and remember if we can't fix your computer problems you pay noting. We do fix most problems within the one-hour, on-site minimum, but all situations are different and some problems take more time.
If we forgot to do something that you asked, we will not charge you for something that was not performed in the time billed.

I AGREE THAT I MUST BACK UP MY DATA, SOFTWARE, INFORMATION AND/OR FILES. T3 Technologies 4U will NOT back up any data, software, information and/or files on my computer or other product unless I specifically request T3 Technologies 4U to do so for an applicable fee prior to the performance of any repair or service. In the event that T3 Technologies 4U does back up any data, software, information and/or files, I understand that T3 Technologies 4U may only make a single copy of such information which shall be erased/destroyed if this copy is not promptly picked up by me. FURTHER, I AGREE THAT WHETHER OR NOT I REQUEST T3 Technologies 4U TO BACK UP ANY DATA, SOFTWARE,INFORMATION AND/OR FILES, IN NO EVENT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION OR CORRUPTION OF SUCH DATA, SOFTWARE, INFORMATION AND/OR FILES.
